FAQ
-
Are day passes available for purchase?
We do not offer day passes for the retreat. However, you are welcome to join us during the day and leave whenever you wish. We encourage everyone to fully register and enjoy as much time with us as possible to make the most of the experience.
-
Can I register on-site?
We kindly ask that all registrations be completed in advance. The campground holds a specific capacity, and the committee has worked diligently with the facility to help organize these accommodations.
-
Is the campground open to the public or will it be only NA members at the retreat?
All tent sites are reserved for retreat registrants. However, cabins, buses, and RV sites are separate, and we encourage registrants to book through River Bend as soon as possible to limit non-members occupying these spaces. Please also note that the river space is open to the public.
-
Do I need to pay for registration if I'm already renting a cabin/bus/RV space?
Yes, registration includes tent sites only. If you have already booked or plan to book additional camping accommodations through River Bend Resort, please note that these bookings are separate, and the registration fee is not included in River Bend booking. Registration purchases are still required.
-
How do I reserve my tent site?
Tent sites are included with your registration and are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the event. If you plan to arrive before the 18th, you can reserve a tent site directly through River Bend. You can view available sites online, with photos and additional details. Please keep in mind that if you reserve a site with more space than needed for your group, you may have other guests joining you, as this event is expected to reach full capacity. We encourage a sense of community and welcome you to connect with fellow campers!

How can I provide feedback regarding the retreat?
We welcome all feedback regarding the retreat and ideas for the following year. You can share your thoughts with a committee member, join us at our monthly committee meetings (held on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM at Denny's in Cordelia), or email us at na.nswsr@gmail.com. We value new ideas and the spirit of rotation, so we’d love for you to get involved and help us continue improving the retreat each year.
